Adobe Export PDF

I hate Adobe Export PDF!!! I'm a teacher and bought it to try to differentiate materials for my students.  Now anytime I open anything on my computer it tries to edit them, which doesn't work anyway.  I finally got a hold of customer support, which was no help.  They told me I needed to sign out of the system.  I wasn't signed in to begin with!!! I have already cancelled the horrible product but cannot even open any pdf document until October 9th, because that's when my horrible subscription expires!  Anyone experience the same issues?

Sorry for the delay in response to your query. As the per the description above, you are not able to use the Adobe Export PDF services, Is that correct?

The record shows that you had a subscription of Adobe PDFpack, which is in canceling state, to check the details, you can log-in to Adobe.com with your Adobe ID and password>Manage Account>Pland and products.

Without any subscription, if you try to edit/export any PDF file, you will get the message to subscribe/purchase again.
