Adobe Forms Central

I have an account for Adobe forms central and have created a form.  I want to add in an email address so that the form goes to a jobs@ account but it says that users without Forms Central accounts or accounts with unverified email addressed cannot receive email notifications.  Does anyone know if I have to purchase another subscription in order to work this as I tried to verify with no success.
