Adobe free trial

I've been trying to cancel my free trial ever since it ended and Adobe doesn't answer on support lines and they make it so complicated just to cancel it and I keep getting emails saying they can't charge my card but I don't even use the account it was simply just so I could compress a file for work and yet when I try to cancel it there is no option too I tried the tutorial and everything literally the day the trial ended I hope this reaches support and I can get this sorted

There's no email support.

Beware of people contacting you via the forums' messaging system pretending to work for Adobe! Only those with an "Adobe Employee" tag under their name are legit. Also, Adobe will never offer to contact you via Skype, or use an email account that's not under the adobe.com domain...

They will never let you cancel your subscription- they will keep taking $15.99 out of your account sometimes 2-3x a month. When the one yr subscription is up, they automatically rolls over into another...This is a spider web from hell. There is no way to get out except to get a new debit card. Read the complaints online and read what their rules and regulations are- it is unbelievable. Nobody reads all of that before they sign up- I dont think we even get to see al

l of that upfront.
