Adobe is saying that I'm not connected to the internet when I am.

My adobe reader DC is saying that I am not connected to the internet so it wont let me export files to excel and word, but I am connected to the internet.

Hi Aaron,

As per the description above, you are not able to export PDF file using the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC as you are getting an error about the connection to Internet, Is that correct?

Please try to login https://cloud.acrobat.com with your AdobeID and password to use ExportPDF service.
