Hi,

As above, I'm logged into ADOBE  pdf Pack. It shows me as logged in but when I go to export a pdf to convert it shows " you are not connected to the internet" ... when clearly I am.

Any suggestions friends?

Hi loganm,

As per the issue description mentioned above,  you are getting no internet message when trying to export pdf, is that correct?

Could you let us know how you are exporting the pdf - in Adobe Reader desktop application or in a web browser?

If using Reader, try converting the PDF in a browser through the URL: Adobe Document Cloud   using your current Adobe ID and password and see if this makes any difference.

Also, if using Adobe Reader, then sign out and sign back in with your Adobe ID and password once in Adobe Reader, and check for any pending updates from Help>Check for updates.

Then try to convert the PDF into Word file.

You may also refer to the following forum threads discussing the similar issue:

Let us know if you need any help.
