I'm using a Macbook 10.8.3 software. On my other Mac I can use Adobe Application Manager and write in my password and ID and download with no problem. With this macbook, which is a year younger than my other one, I can't get it to accept the password. It says 'Error, See customer service', so, here I am.
I want to download Adobe Reader Pro. I've emailed you guys before about this but got no response. Not happy.

Adobe Reader does not require Application Manager to be downloaded.
You can get Adobe Reader from : http://get.adobe.com/reader

It's not the Adobe reader that I want to download. I have the creative Cloud and I used to be able to download the different software. Now I can't get in using my password to download Adobe XI Pro. That's my problem. It shows it as a error for some reason.

In that case please try resetting the password and check.
Also try logging on to http://creative.adobe.com from a different browser and check.

Still not working. I changed the password and I still get a download error message. I'm using Chrome browser which I used on my other Macbook with no problems. This used to work but now I can't upload anything even though I can login to Adobe website.

I tried using Firefox and still have the same issue. I don't think it's a browser problem. I think the Adobe Assistant Manager is the problem. For some reason it still shows up saying "Download Error Call Support." I need to get this fixed or I'm paying to use the cloud for nothing.
