Adobe payment problems

Im so exceptionally frustrated with Adobe....I've paid my humble 10 bucks a month off my credit card, but every time I try and access the software Im asked to pay again...now I cant make progress on a critical project because I  dont want to pay Adobe again, and again, for something im already paying for

You posted in the Enterprise Deployment forum, so we have no way of knowing what ("the software") you are paying for.
