Adobe PDF Pack fails to open in Windows XP - has functioned fine before

Installed Adobe PDF Pack in October, 2018 on Windows XP.  Used successfully primarily converting .doc files to .pdf.  In last several weeks, I can not open.  It takes me to:

Encountered an Unexpected Error

TypeError: Object.entries is not a function etc.

It sounds like XP running on Chrome, although unsupported since 2013, is suddenly an issue.  Any suggestions or guidance would be appreciated.

Thank you,

Jack (jabejochke61840)

Hi All,

We sincerely apologize for the delay in response to your issue reported above.

There was an intermittent issue going on with the Document Cloud services, later on the services were back. Hoping that you have got your issue resolved by now and able to access your services too?

PDF Pack is an online service, how did you install it on Windows-XP? Are you referring to Adobe Reader desktop application?

If not, then you may try accessing the service via different web browser, using this URL- Adobe Document Cloud

Let us know the result. And if you have managed to find the solution, then please let us know your findings.

Thanks,

Akanchha

Acrobat DC, the version that supports PDF Pack, is not compatible with Windows XP, so such issues are not surprising, really.
