Adobe PDF Pack - Transfer subscription from one laptop to its new replacement.

New Here ,
Oct 10, 2018 Oct 10, 2018

I recently purchased a new laptop as replacement for one which is no longer operational. I need to download/transfer my subscription Adobe PDF Pack to the new machine. No where in my Adobe Account do I see where I was ever asked for information about the old laptop and I have had the PDF Pack since 2016. Instructions I have found on line refer to a block where I am to deactive the old laptop, etc. Anyone know how to help a technically challenged retired lady with this problem?

This is not very complicated to start you old (Adobe PDF Pack) subscription on new computer. This is not the license that you need to deactivate from previous computer to install on new one.
