Adobe PDFPack, trying to convert a 2016 Visio 8MB file to PDF, it does not seem to be able to read .VSD files?

Good Morning: I subscribe to Acrobat pac and I am trying to convert a 2016 Visio 8MB file to PDF so I can mail the file to a client. I have an old version which works but this new version does not seem to be able to read .VSD files??? can you help?
