I have an online subscription for Adobe Acrobat PDF Pack that all of a sudden stopped working today. It was fine as of 9:00 EST last night. I can log in but when I try to combine files (all of the proper size) I get an error message that reads "could not organize". If I try to export a pdf to word or excel (again small file size) it errors out and fails. I have been on with Adobe Tech support for over two hours today and they could not figure it out and told me to post it here. They tried everything even running as an Adminstrator. I use it on my work laptop with a VPN, we tried it without the VPN and on my personal laptop all with the same results. We cleared cache and cookies for all time too. Plesae do not suggest the "app" b/c when I try to combine files with the app, it wants me to sign up for a 7-day trial, even though I am logged in under my credentials. My suggestion is for Adobe to cancel my subscription, refund and then redo it - to see if that helps. However I was told that the experts in this community could figure it out. Thank you in advance!!

Some members of Adobe Customer Service like to claim that there are "specialists" in the forums that can solve anything they are stuck with. Unfortunately this is a lie.
