I have Adobe Acrobat Pro DC on my MacBook Pro (Big Sur 11.6.1). The past couple of days when I have attempted to convert a PDF document to Microsoft Word, Adobe crashes. What remedy/remedies are available? Thanks.
Apologies for not replying sooner. It was just the one file that caused Adobe to crash. Other files I tried to convert to MS Word did so without issue. Thank you for your guidance!!

Hi Jay Dallas
Hope you re doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described, Adobe Pro DC crashes when converting PDF document to Microsoft Word
Is this a behavior with a particular PDF file or with all the PDF? Please try with a different PDF file and check. If the file is stored on a shared network/drive please download it to your computer first and then try to export.
Also make sure you have the recent version 21.07.20099 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
You may also try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here - https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-defau...
Also try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Windows or enable the root account in MAC and try using the application there and check.
