How do I get into Adobe to complain that they've sold me a product that is not supported by my IE 9?

Well, you've taken long enough to reply! I'm away from home at the moment and will be until 5th December therefore cannot give you the Order Number for the PDF converter that I purchased before I came away. I did purchase it in Australia. If it helps it cost twenty three something US Dollars. My grouse is that I cannot get into the converter, there doesn't seem to be any Help option and I'm told I should purchase something for $US 89?
