adobe sen upload speed to slow, 10X less than speedtest.net

I live in Sao Paulo, Brazil and i just signed the adobe send the service to send large files to my clients. However the upload speed this very low, my network has 30MB download and upload 2, but when I plug in adobe send files only go up to a 200K rate.

Is there a setting so that the rate is optimized?

Hi Diogo,

There's is no such setting however i would recommend you to clear your browser history,cookies and temp data and then try again accessing the service , if that doesn't work try accessing the service using a different network or  different browser.
