I have been using Adobe Send and Track with Office 2013 with no issue. However, I few months back our company has upgraded our office suite to the 2016 version. Since then the outlook plugin has been having all sorts of issues and is not working correctly.
The reason for the upgrade to 2016 is because Microsoft no longer supports 2013 versions. Does anyone have a resolution to why it does not work with the 2016 version. Is adobe aware of this issue? On the website it states that it is only compatible with 2013, but the upgrade is necessary. Since this this a product I am paying for I am wondering if there are any talks about updating send and track as well or if there is a fix to get it to work with 2016.
