Cannot get documents sent for signature. I keep receiving a message saying there is a problem and I can sit around and wait on the problem to resolve itself or reach out to Adobe for help. Here I am. I need help.

We have checked, and the service is working fine. Please let us know if you use the Acrobat Online account or the desktop application to send the document.
Share the screenshot of the error message. Try clearing the cache and cookies for the browser.
Use an alternate browser or the new incognito window on Chrome.
