Adobe Title shows up when document is opened up in Chrome

Our user's put confidential name or information on adobe DC title and send to the end user. End user when they opened up in chrome or DC at their end Title shows up on the pop up.

Is there a way to block title from view or redact the title when it is send to end user?

You can change or remove the title with Adobe Acrobat.

You can't change the files that have already been downloaded by someone else.
