After converting a file to PDF, I can see it in Acrobat Reader but I cannot save it to my computer any longer. As of today Adobe only gives me the option to save it to my online account. How can I save it to my computer please? Thank you

Please let us know the dot version of Adobe application and OS you are using.

Could you please share the exact workflow you do to convert file to PDF.

Also share the screen shot of the page you get when you try to save PDF.
