I subscribe to Adobe Export.  I am signed in to Adobe with my account.  When I identify a pdf that I want to convert to MS Word, each time I click "convert" I arrive at the "pricing" screen and am not able to convert to MS Word.  Please help!

thank you

Hi All,

We have checked your account information and this is correct that you have an active subscription of Adobe Export PDF.

I assume you have used the trial version of Adobe Acrobat DC (monthly subscription) and still working on it? However, you should download Adobe Acrobat Reader DC and "Sign In" using the right  email address, as Acrobat DC is not the correct application to use your subscription. Because it doesn't support "Document Cloud PDF Services" (Export PDF & Adobe PDF Pack).

Because it doesn't support "Document Cloud PDF Services" (Export PDF & Adobe PDF Pack).

For simplifying it, you can uninstall the Adobe Acrobat DC using the cleaner tool-  Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

Key Points:

1- Export PDF is an online service that you can use online via: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

2- You can also use the services through free desktop version of Adobe Acrobat  Reader DC: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

3- “Sign In” using the email (Adobe ID) under which you have subscription registered.

4- For detailed description of how to use the Export PDF service, you may refer to- Using Adobe Export PDF

You may refer to the following link for any troubleshooting: Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud...

Let us know if it still doesn't work.
