The error message indicates that the conversion error might have been causing problem because of the web browser you are working on or the particular file you are referring to.

Try with different file and see if the same message appears and If you are experiencing this problem with multiple files and keep getting the error message then you must try with the different web browser and following troubleshooting steps suggested in the help document-
