am suscribed to adobe export pdf. have done this many times but now does not work

Can't convert a pdf file to microsoft word- i get a message: an error occured while trying to access the service. have done this many times

without problems but now i get this message for the last couple of weeks What can i do?

What error it is showing?

Please let me know the exact workflow you are following when you get this error.

Does it occur with all files?

Have you checked with a different browser if possible?

i have used adobe export many times with no problem and on the same browser

it occurs with any file . i scan a file . it shows up on the screen with a

section on the right that says convert to microsoft word . i then click

"convert" and then get the following message:

"an error occured while trying to access the service" . in the box below

the message the only option is to click "okay" .which brings me back to

convert to microsoft word.

i need to convert documents so if you can help me i would appreciate it
