this happens when I attempt to store the document after entering data typed into the form and indicates I am working with faulty product

I prefer to store the document on my computer and this option has been eliminated by the new faulty product

If there is a way to bypass this new faulty product and store my files directly to my computer, please advise.

Hi rhagstrom,

I would love to help, but I need a few more details. What application are you using? If you're using Adobe Reader to fill out a form, you should definitely be able to save the file to your desktop by using the File > Save, or File Save As command.

Is it possible that you have an online account selected at the bottom of the Save As dialog box? If you do, Reader will try to save your document to your online account, such as Acrobat.com or Sharepoint.
