When I try to upload a PDF to export, it uploads fine, but when it is converting the document to word, it tells me that there is an error.

Are you converting from the web interface, or via Adobe Reader (and what version? Does the error occur with any file that you try to convert, or is it specific to one file? How many files do you have stored in your Acrobat.com account?

The error occurs on both interfaces and all PDF files. I'm not entirely sure how many files I have stored in my account, but I think I have a lot, I tried moving the files to other folder, but that didn't work. Should I download all the ones I have already converted and then try to export other files?

That would a great next step. I just heard from another customer facing similar issues that deleting some files from his account solved the problem.
