I get the same error massage when I try to log in in my ExportPDF and when I try to access cloud.acrobar.com.

Are you also getting a 404 error, or a different error message? What happens when you try to log in to the service via Adobe Reader?

Aha! That's a little different. That particular error can be caused by having an older version of Adobe Reader. What happens when you choose Help > Check for Updates in Reader? Are there any updates available?

We have updated the latest version, still does not work.
