Het uploaden van een PDF bestand converteren naar word gaat wel maar het downloaden van het word bestaand niet. Telkens meldeing er is een fout opgetreden.

Would you mind sharing the screenshot of the error when you are trying to download the word file. Also, please let us know the exact steps you are taking to convert and download the file. Are you using Adobe Acrobat Desktop app or DocumentCloud.adobe.com Acrobat online application?

Met het pdf bestaand in beeld, komt er in een schermpje ernaast PDF exporteten dan klik het aan om op gang te zetten. Klik op "Converteren"dat doet het wel. Maar als ik het dan wil het opslaan op de pc in een bestand map Documeneten of Downloads en moet deze gaan downloaden dat mislukt telekens. Kan het ook aan Microsoft Edge liggen?

I tried checking the same behavior it seems to be working perfectly normal at our end. Would you try using a different browser and see if that works fine for you? 

And if the issue persists again, please help us with the file and send us a screen recording if that is possible for you.
