I paid for 1 year's subscription to AdobePro and now I am charged $19.99. What is this charge for?

I checked your account and see that you have two subscriptions: one for ExportPDF with auto-renewal, which will be billed again in October, and one for Acrobat Pro, which is billed at $19.99/month.

I do not need 2 subscriptions. The reason I got Adobe Pro is because I believed it had everything I need. Please cancel the previous subscription.

Now, with the Adobe Pro, after paying over $240.00 for the year, do I still have to pay $19.99 every month??

I have cancelled the auto renewal scheduled for Oct 2 ,2014.

You will be no longer charged for Export PDF service.
