Blank pages in Document Cloud pdf

I have a chapter of a book stored as a pdf (there's no DRM) which I can open locally without problems on my windows PC using Acrobat Reader. However, if I upload it to Document Cloud and open it from within Acrobat Reader on a pc, or in a browser, or using the iPad app, it shows with blank pages for most of the document. If I download a local copy of the document from Document Cloud to my pc it opens fine. This prevents me from syncing my annotations across devices. I can open the document using other PDF readers without problems. I don't have any problems with other documents, including much larger ones, accessed from Document Cloud. Any ideas please? I've tried various PDF fixing utilities but they make no difference.

Hi Akanchha

Thanks for your reply.

I have managed to resolve the problem by using an online pdf repair service, so I don't need any further support thanks..

The problem occurred with both uploading the document via Adobe Reader DC and through the web .

Hi Tonkski,

Thanks for sharing the detailed information.

As mentioned that the documents are opening file locally but when its uploaded to the document cloud then its blank or partially blank. So, how exactly do you upload the document? Is it through desktop application Adobe Reader DC or through web-

Adobe Document Cloud ?

If you are working with desktop application, then you may try with web Adobe Document Cloud  and see the result.

Also, help us with the screenshot of the entire page that you get while opening the Document Cloud files. https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-7043#jive_content_id_How_do_I_attach_a_screenshot

Regards,

Akanchha
