Button to unshare and delete a pdf for review is missing

Last week I had the ability to unshare or delete all pdf's that were shared for review via the Adobe Document Cloud. I am the owner and initiator of these documents.

Now it is gone! The unshare and delete buttons simply aren't there any more. Red square shows where they were last week.

Has anyone else run into this problem? Help!

Hi Amy,

Sorry for the delay in response.

As mentioned above, that you had the Unshare and Delete option earlier and sudden its not available. So is it a behavior that you have noticed for specific file that has been shared or for every file which was initiated for shared review is now can't be deleted?

  • As you are working with Acrobat DC, then check with a different file which was shared using shared review.
  • Only a review initiator can delete or unshare the review, not anyone else.
  • Sign Out and Sign In back in the application.
  • Check whether Acrobat has the latest update installed or not, Open Acrobat>Help>Check for update
