Can anyone add comments without downloading the PDF?

Can anyone add a comment to a shared PDF without downloading the PDF?

If so does the client need a subscription?

Hi Rudi ,

Sorry for the late response. 

That would have been possible in SharedReview feature in Acrobat. But commenting/annotation has been deprecated within browser.

So we are required to download the file locally.
