I need help with converting PDF to Word and I keep getting directed to their subscription page; even though I subscribed for 1 year. It worked fine yesterday; today, when I need to convert a critical document, I can't do it. Very annoying for Adobe not to have an easy to find chat or phone call option. Terrible, in fact.
For the "Document Cloud Services" the support is only available on forums. This is the reason you have not been able to reach out to either chat support or any support contact number. The contact support links Contact Customer Care directs you to forum support.
