Can I convert a recieved PDF back to a PowerPoint?

New Here ,
Apr 15, 2015 Apr 15, 2015

I received a PowerPoint program as  PDF and need to convert it back to Power Point.  I tried "open with:" but that does not work. I do not see Power Point referenced anywhere on the Adobe conversion programs.

Thank you,

D

Hi debbiek53961447,

Yes, you can convert the pdf back to PowerPoint presentation using Acrobat software.

You can download a free trial using this Link : https://www.acrobat.com/en_us/free-trial-download.html#

Once the program is downloaded and installed successfully, you need to go to File -> Export to ->Microsoft PowerPoint presentation to convert your file.

Regards,

Rahul

You are talking to the wrong person--I haven't a clue what you're talking about.  Sorry and good luck.

Hi carolm,

You're receiving notifications from the Adobe forums every time somebody posts. You can turn that off by clicking the avatar (the little person icon) in the upper-right corner, and clicking Preferences. Set all Email preferences to Off, and you shouldn't receive these notifications any longer.

Best,

Sara

Hi hannahk60695141,

Did you meant that your pdf size is over 100 megabytes? also, Acrobat DC software is capable of handling large files, you should give it a try.

Yes, you can reduce the file size...but you need to have Acrobat (Download Adobe Acrobat free trial | Acrobat Pro DC ) installed on your system for that. Once it is installed, Open file->Go to 'file' menu -> Save As other -> Reduced size pdf.

Hope this helps

Regards,
Rahul
