Hi,

No.  The app is Adobe Fill and Sign for iPad.  It is for PDF documents.

The files are being deleted directly from the app.

Hi Amanda,

If you are not uploading the files to Adobe Document Cloud or saving it to any other location, then the files will be deleted permanently.

It is not possible to retrieve the files once deleted directly from the application.

I would suggest you to always save a copy of the file to some other location or you can upload the files to Document Cloud once you fill and sign the document.

The application is only used to fill and add the signature to the document.

Once you fill the form, you can share it or save it to other location. It is also saved in the application until you delete it from there.

I would like to know what to do if I want my pdf document to work I have it in the pdf application  but it says cant open file I need it what can I do
