Can I transfer files and contacts from SendNow to Send?

I have used Adobe SendNow for some time. Now I would like to transfer my contacts and my files to Adobe Send. Is this possible?

Unfortunately, there's now way to transfer these items between the two services. Please see How do I transfer my existing uploaded files in my Adobe SendNow account to Adobe Send?
