Hello uh0rnet5

The Adobe Acrobat PDFPack is an online service and can be accessed through a browser https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf with your Adobe ID and password and you can also access the services through the free desktop version of Adobe Reader DC, sign in with your Adobe ID and password in Reader to use the services of Adobe PDFPack.

To download Reader DC, use the URL Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

Hope this helps, and let us know if you need more assistance.

Regards,

Anand
