Can log-in to Document Cloud, no link to my documents

My account shows payment is  uptodate. There are no links to open the files which have been in the Cloud.

I don't use it often so perhaps there is a better URL but I think I usually go through adobe.com and my username/password worked.

Trying to contact support via 'chat' or email led to an infinite loop of 'Which product would you like to buy' and 'Click here for contact options' but the only option which is actually available is the Forum.

Of course I need to convert a document today.

Thank you,

Loren
