Can multiple people log in to my acrobat.com to view the files on their iPads? If not how can I do it so they can?

I have multiple large PDF files which i need our sales team to be able to access. Can I share my acrobat.com with them? Or is there a better way to do this?

Hi leaeas,

Rather than sharing your log in credentials with them, you can use the share files to your sales team by sending a link to the file to them from Acrobat.com. (I don't feel sharing user IDs/passwords is ever good practice, as you should keep those credentials and your account access private.)

But sharing files is cinch:

1. Log in to your account at https://cloud.acrobat.com/files
2. Select the file that you want to share, and click the Send icon.
3. Choose whether you want to send a private or public link.
4. Enter the email addresses of you sales team members (separate multipe names with semicolons).
5. Click Send. Your recipients will receive a link to your file. They'll just need to have the free Adobe Reader on the iPads.
