Can someone please, please tell me how to get in touch with customer support??

I no longer have any need for Adobe Pro and I cannot believe how difficult Adobe has made it to cancel an annual subscription. I have followed ALL the instructions several times and keep getting looped back to the same pages. I cannot seem to connect with their customer service chat line. Has anyone had a similar experience? If so, I would be interested to know how it was resolved. This has been such an awful experience that I simply cannot recommend Adobe products to anyone!  PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!

I've tried the link several times now with the same results... it just keeps sending me in a loopmand there is just no way for me to cancel.  Please just give me a phone number for customer service. I feel Adobe is taking advantage of me and counting on the fact that i'll forget about the ongoing charges. Very upset.

Cindy, the problem you may be having is that when you go to the Contact Customer Care page you must make the right choices, and there is no help from Adobe for certain things. This is probably supposed to be helpful, but of course it's mainly frustrating.

For instance, Adobe Acrobat Reader is free: you can't contact Adobe that way. But if I fill it in accurately I get

1. Select Adobe Acrobat (NOT READER)

2. Choose Membership, Account, Payment.

3. There are some TRY THIS FIRST links. These will explain to you, for instance, how to cancel a month-to-month subscription without contacting Adobe at all.

4. If that doesn't help click STILL NEED HELP

What I see in my country is a choice of chat (Adobe rep), phone (Adobe rep), or forums (you are here).
