Can't export a pdf to PPTX file with Adobe Acrobat Export PDF plan

Hi, 

I have Adobe Acrobat Export PDF plan according to my account page. But I can't convert a pdf to pptx file using Acrobat reader or https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/?dropinId=verb-pdf-to-ppt. When I press "convert" button, it asks to subscribe Acrobat Pro or another bundle plan. What's going on?

Adobe Acrobat Export PDF turns PDF files into editable Microsoft Word, Excel, and RTF (rich text format) documents.

It is not possible to convert PDF to PowerPoint files using this subscription. You will require either an Acrobat PDF Pack or an Acrobat Subscription.
