Hi. I saved a pdf on Cloud pdf a few hours ago, and now want to save it again with the changes I've made. However, I keep getting a small window that says "A document is being processed by an Adobe online service. Try again later." Can someone please tell me how (and if) I can save this updated file? I've been trying for 2 hours. I'm not a techie at all, so if you can please explain it in simple terms. Thank you in advance.
Ignore the previous comment. After restarting Adobe, I could save the file.

Hi Patrick,
Thank you for reaching out and sorry for the trouble caused.
Please let us know what happens. Share the exact workflow you use.
Are you using Acrobat online account?
It would be helpful if you can share more details.
Let us know if the issue is already resolved.
Thanks,
Meenakshi

While this problems shows as "solved" - it is not - my workflow is that I have had to open a "smart" pdf file on a PC and work on it through AnyDesk because it will not open on an Intel-based Mac (white on white writing appears and it can be highlighted, copied and pasted but not seen - this issue remains unresolved as well). Because it is a "smart" file - it cannot be opened on the Web and can only be opened on an installed Adobe Acrobat application . In this case, I have opened it using my Adobe Subscription on a PC and downloaded from the Adobe Cloud, added significant edits, and now I cannot save it. "A document is being processed by Adobe Online Service. Try again later."

Above is the information about this file type. It was "produced" by Adobe LiveCycle Designer 11.0.

I'm also facing the same problem. Unable to upload a document on Adobe cloud. Initially, an error message would pop out, saying, "A document is being processed by an Adobe online service. Try again later."
After five minutes, I'm unable to access the option to save on Adobe cloud.

I am having the same problem, been trying to save a PDF that I've annotated for several hours. But I can't save the new annotations to the PDF itself for backup on my computer. So with the cloud saving not working - I'd lose everything. I have checked in my browser to see if the annotations managed to get saved somehow but they have not.
The Adobe Acrobat Reader program on my mac often has cloud syncing problems where I can't even open a file so I have relied on the cloud aspect a lot to make up for when it is inaccessible through the program. But I've never had issues trying to save my work like this.

You were able to clear this issue by restarting your computer - however I have made changes I will lose if I restart my computer but 3 1/2 years later, no one has responded to why this problem occurs and how it should be resolved without restarting your computer.

I have had this same issue persistently with files saved to Adobe Cloud. In addition to this issue, Adobe Cloud is very slow on my computer. Restarting Adobe sometimes help, but you do lose the changes. I have one file that even restarting my computer did not help. As of now, I have stopped using Adobe Cloud for critical work. I now save critical work locally or where it can be synced to other cloud services.

Is there any way to get around this without restarting? I just spent 30 minutes making really minute changes that I'm dreading making again

I had the same problem but found that if you go up to file menun and do a "Save as" just overwrite the file already in the same name then I was able to save it and all the chages since the last attempt to save.
