Can't sync files on Acrobat.com with my Adobe Reader App for iPad

New Here ,

I can't see my files I have on Acrobat.com via the Adobe Reader App:

I opended the Adobe Reder app on my iPad and logged myself in on Acrobat.com, but now it's not showing my files. There is however a "sync-circle"-symbol next to the logout-button, but tappin on it deosn't work because nothing changes and no files show up. Any ideas how i can sync my Acrobat.com with my iPad? Thank You!

The files won't sync to your iPad in the sense that they'll be uploaded to it.  If you saved a file within your Files.acrobat.com space, you should be able to open and save back to that location from Adobe Reader on your iPad.

Are you seeing a different behavior?

I have the same problem as the original poster.

I have several PDFs on my files.acrobat cloud account, nothing shows up on my iPad.

I hit the sync button on the iPad app and the icon spins and spins endlessly, nothing after an hour of retrying.

I deleted/reiploaded files, deleted/reinstalled the Acrobat app on iPad, still nothing.

Any ideas?

Try signing out and signing back in.  Make sure you're using the same Adobe ID as you're using to upload files to files.acrobat.com

I've tried replicating this and I can't.

I have same problem and tapping the signOut button on the iPad does nothing.  I think there is a bug here.

for all those with this same problem, I deleted the freshly opdated Adobe Reader App, and reinstalled it from the App store (NOT the cloud) and it now seems to work.  Good luck!

I have the opposite problem in that I have numerous PDFs saved to Adobe Reader app on my iPad but have only just set up Acrobat.

I can't see how to save my current PDFs to Acrobat? I also cannot see the sync button on the app?
