Can't upload anything to Adobe Document Cloud

I was recently trying to upload some photos to Adobe Document Cloud to share them with my colleagues, but Document Cloud does not allow me to upload them. Actually, Document Cloud does not allow me to upload anything. Every time I try, I get an error that reads, "file(s) could not be uploaded. Filetype not supported." I get this error no matter what file type I try to upload, e.g. JPEGs, PDFs, Word docs, etc. And I get this error both on the web browser and desktop app versions of Document Cloud. I have a stable Internet connection, and none of my file names have any special characters.

I have seen this question asked before in this community here, but there was no satisfying answer provided. I am hoping someone will be able to help me.

Hi nintendoc6,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the delay in response.

Please let us know if you can upload the PDFs or get the error message with them.

Would you mind sharing the error message you receive when uploading the file to Adobe Cloud Storage?

Are you using the same email address for the account that was used to sign in here in the community?

More information or a screen recording of what happens would be helpful.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
