I just purchased ExportPDF in order to save one certain PDF file into DOC or DOCX format for Word.

I am unable to use it.

I am desperate and unhappy.

No directions, no support number, and your answer makes no sense.

Following blind instinct, it seems as if I should upload my pdf file, so that the software will see it, but when I press the upload button I get the beginning of a green bar, then "ADOBE READER DID NOT GET A RESPONSE FROM THE SERVER".

I have tried several times over a period of hours.

Have tried both WIN7 and XP.

HOPE YOU CAN HELP!
