Can you email a PDF in Outlook , like in version 2019? And receive responses to your email?

We just converted to Adobe 2020 and noticed you cannot send a PDF as an email attachment.  Can you?  

We don't want to send an email with the link embedded in the email.  The email address is from Adobe, so no one can respond to your email.  If they do, they receive an "undeliverable" email.  

What does one do now?  Does that mean you have to take an extra step to save the pdf to your computer and then send a separate email and attach the pdf file?

At Tools > Share use "Send as Attachment"
