cancel my account

How do I cancel my account and deny the ability to charge my Visa.  I have had the account for under 20 minutes and legally am allowed to take it back, if only Adobe would let me.

I'm sorry that your subscription didn't work out for you. I checked your account and see that the order is still pending, so I'm unable to cancel it for you (I would if I could!). Thanks so much - I was so bummed when the PDF to Word that cost me 89.99 a

year ago suddenly cost $240. Love the product (love it!) - but paying as

much to convert PDF to Word as I pay for Word is nuts. I will keep an eye

out for sales.

I am so glad you love the product. But I'm concerned about where you're seeing that it's $240. If you could show me where you saw that, I'd really appreciate it! (And I peeked at your account, and see that you were only charged the $89.99 that you expected.)

So I was only charged 89.99, but when I clicked to convert a PDF to Word it

took me to the page that said I had to upgrade to a 19.99 a month account

to do that. If that was wrong, I'm happy, but also confused about how to

make the PDF to Word converter work . . . .

Hi Ceil,

As soon as your subscription finishes processing (and it can take a few hours), you'll be good to go.  No additional, hidden charges, I promise. You will need to sign in to Adobe PDF Pack to start using it. Just click Sign in in the upper-right corner and sign in with your Adobe ID and password. Then, you'll no longer see that upgrade notice. If you're unable to sign in in the next few hours, please let me know.
