My work organisation has an Adobe Subscription which I have now donwloaded onto my home computer.  This means that as a member of this organisation I can use Adobe free of charge.  This subscription is paid for by my organisation.

Prior to joining this organisation I had a trial subscription which went through to a monthly debit from my credit card for A$21.99.  How do I cancel this subscription and not receive the monthly charge to my credit card?

Everytime I go onto the adobe website to try to cancel my personal subscription  it only comes up with my work email and not my personal email.

Please suggest a solution to this problem.

Thanks

Hi @Karen23779017dcs0

Whenever you are on the adobe cancellation page you need to be signed in with your personal email which you can do by signing out from the upper right-hand corner which shows your profile icon (avatar).

If you are still facing issues signing in with your personal email, kindly send us the email in a private message so we can assist you better.

Here is a help document you can refer to:

https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

Let us know if that helps.

Thanks,

Harsh
