Yes, you can cancel the subscription within 14-days of your actual purchased date. Following the link shared in the message above you can either cancel the subscription online from your Adobe account. Or contact customer care billing team to do the needful-

Refer to the link  Contact Customer Care

1- Select Account issues

2-

3- Select the Payments option and then click on "Show me my contact options".
