cancelled subscription renewed anyway

I don't see any way to contact customer service so am using this method, hoping it gets to the right person. I cancelled my adobe export pdf subscription before it was set to renew but it renewed anyway and my credit card was charged. How can I get this corrected?

HI piccol0,

I'm sorry that you were charged for a subscription that you've tried to cancel. The easiest way to get that taken care of is to contact Adobe Customer Support: Cancelling my free or paid account. I want to cancel my subscription.

That is what I did, before it expired. I turned it off and received email confirmation of it, which I would be glad to forward to you. It didn’t work. It renewed. The charge is on my Visa, but I did not even get a receipt for it and there is no place on the export website to get a receipt, that I can see. I would appreciate some help with this. I see no way to contact customer service other than posting to a public forum.

I, unfortunately, can't help straighten out the charges for you; please start a Chat sessions with Customer support  Cick the Chat link at https://www.acrobat.com/misc/en/contact-support.html, and a Customer Support agent will be able to assist you. Chat is available from 5am – 7pm PST.

In the meantime, you can definitely print a receipt of your subscription order: Please follow these steps:

  1. Go to http://www.adobe.com.
  2. 2. Click Sign in to My Adobe > My Products and Services in the upper-right corner. Sign in with your Adobe ID and password.
  3. 5. Click an order date and click Print Receipt.
