Cancelling Auto Renewal online hasn't worked.

I cancelled on 27/11 and then had a notification advising that my subscription had been reacitivated on the same day. Also, there seems to now be two debits taken from my credit card for £27.34 and £22.46 on the same day - 30/12/14. On top of this the only way of speaking to Adobe seems to be through this forum!

Hi soukhuw,

I  just checked your account. You have two subscriptions: One for Acrobat Pro and one for Acrobat Standard. From what I can tell, neither one has been canceled. Please Contact Customer Care so that a Customer Care agent can help you get this sorted out.

Thank you Sara. I never intended to have two subscriptions - is there a reason why I would need both a Pro and a Standard Edition at the same time? One was definately cancelled - as I had a confirmation. I have logged back in and (I think) I have cancelled the other - can you check please. Also - can you arrange a suitable credit. Many thanks.

You certainly don't need both Pro and Standard. I can't see yet that the cancelation has processed--but there could just be a lag between systems. I can't process refunds for that or I would. Please Contact Customer Care so an agent can help you with that!
