I have been trying to cancel my plan for 2 months now because I simply do not have the funds to pay for it anymore. I used my school email because I was using this for a school-related project. When I first tried to cancel it said I had no plans so I thought I canceled it. However, when I saw I was charged this plan popped up. This is not even the one I chose when I was doing the free trial. I have looked everywhere and cannot contact anyone for customer service. This has been incredibly frustrating coming from a college student who cannot afford this anymore. I tried to look up ways to cancel but they all say to come to this page ^^ and click manage plan... you can see this is not even an option. Can someone please help me? I don't know what to do anymore.

Hi Alyssa26650,
Thank you for reaching out.
We did check your account and see that you have Creative Cloud All Apps individual subscription and Adobe enterprise license provided by your organization. The screenshot you shared is for the second account (Adobe for Enterprise), which is why you do not get the manage plan option.
Please sign out and then try signing in again. After you add your email, select the personal account option. Check if you get the option to cancel the plan. For more information on how to cancel, please refer to the following help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html.
Hope the information helps.
Thanks,
Meenakshi
