cannot access Adobe conversion

I have not been able to access the Adobe converter for days. I keep getting an error message that the site is not available, they apologize for the inconvenience and say to try back shortly. Contacted Adobe, they referred me to the forums. Not sure what their idea of shortly is, but this has been days.
